Finance Gateway disconnected

The Outcome Activation Finance Gateway is disconnected from QuickBooks when its Intuit authorisation has been withdrawn, revoked or is no longer usable.
What disconnection means
The gateway can no longer retrieve new QuickBooks information. Disconnection does not alter or delete records held in QuickBooks, because the gateway has no write capability. It also does not automatically remove business records or audit evidence that Outcome Activation must retain under applicable requirements.
Safe next steps
If continued access is authorised and required, use the connection and reconnection guidance and contact the authorised Outcome Activation operator. Do not send credentials or tokens by email.
If the disconnection was unexpected or security-related, leave the gateway disconnected and report the issue through Outcome Activation's contact route.
