What the gateway does

The gateway operates on a read-only basis. It can retrieve approved accounting and business information but cannot create, edit or delete accounting records.

Private and protected

This page is public so that authorised users and platform providers can understand the integration lifecycle. Access to the Finance Gateway is restricted to authorised users and systems and is subject to Outcome Activation's security and governance controls. This public page does not grant access to QuickBooks or to the protected service.

Connection lifecycle

Connection or reconnection must be initiated by an authorised Outcome Activation operator and completed through Intuit's controlled authorisation process. Disconnecting or withdrawing authorisation prevents future QuickBooks retrieval until an authorised reconnection is completed.
